Houseboat project

In 2002 Copenhagen Harbour had plans for integrating houseboat comunities in the harbour. It turned out that such houseboats would either be as expensive as a propper house and dificult to finance, or it would be "anarkistic" do it uourself projects. The project was quiertly abandoned and were substituted by expensive multi story office blocks.

As several professional architects made interesting drawings of single housboats, I took another approach.
I contacted The Norvegian Veritas, and they recomended a firm in Riga, Latvia. I sailed to Riga in early May
and got an agreament that they exclusively would build concreat pontoones for me. Such pontoones would cost around a third of the price for pontoones build in Denmark. (around 150.000,00 DKr.)
With such cheap pontoones it would be possible to build small floating comunities as shown below.
